Invaluable Payoff For This Ol’ Blogger

by Aranyakananda

I just attended my grandfather’s 90th birthday party, and delivered to him my gift – a framed re-adaptation of a post I wrote about him on this very weblog. Being able to deliver to him my true feelings about the wisdom I have gathered from observing him for decades was the best payoff I could possibly hope for out of this endeavor I call “Rolling With Vishnu”. It even made my wife get a bit choked up.

I guess what I am saying is if you have something to say to someone you love, don’t keep it to yourself. Share it with them one way or another. We can only make the world a more joyful place by returning the love and positivity that others have passed to us.
